Shipping Policy

We are located in Florida and ship orders throughout the United States.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after shipment are:

  • Florida: In most cases, orders are delivered the next business day.

  • East Coast: Approximately 2–3 business days.

  • Central United States: Approximately 3–5 business days.

  • West Coast: Approximately 4–6 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship orders through UPS. In rare cases, we may use USPS, depending on the delivery address, package size, or carrier availability.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been processed and shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your address.

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect the delivery address. Additional shipping fees may apply if a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s policies and procedures.

If your package is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and, when applicable, photos of the package and products.

Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude federal holidays.
