No Return / No Refund Policy

At Go Green CBD, all sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products—especially consumables and personal care items—we do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances. This policy ensures product safety, quality control, and compliance with health regulations.

Please double-check your order before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about a product, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take quality seriously. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@gogreen-cbd.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will assess the issue and, if eligible, provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

In case of a refund - a late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 

GO GREEN CBD, 19501 Biscayne Blvd. 1301. Aventura, FL 33180, United States.

 

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

CBD is Illegal – Cannot ship to these states Idaho, Iowa, Nebraska, and North Dakota
Ingestible – Edibles and Drinks are illegal in the following states: Maine, New York, North Carolina, and Ohio. WE WILL NOT PROCESS ANY ORDERS OF EDIBLES AND DRINKS TO THESE STATES
